Any ideas on this plane, it showed up as stuck on the flight radar at 17:23 UTC, looks like it took off from Rome. While BLOCKED, check departure/arrival/ground at airports, they provide more information than just being blocked. Other than that, you need to know someone in the area to provide you with an unfiltered source.
